Travel Sales Consultant - Manchester

The Opportunity

We've got our hands on a brilliant opportunity in Sale, Manchester for someone who loves travel, enjoys working with people and wants to build a rewarding career in the industry.

Our client is one of the UK's most successful independent travel companies, with over 45 years of experience helping people explore the world. They're now looking for enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultants to join their growing teams across four UK offices.

You'll be helping customers plan and book everything from tailor-made holidays to corporate travel, getting to know what makes their perfect trip and making it happen.

This isn't just about booking flights and hotels. It's about building relationships, becoming someone your customers trust and creating the kind of service that keeps them coming back.

 What you’ll be doing

  • Getting to know customers and helping them plan their perfect trips.

  • Creating bespoke travel itineraries for leisure and business clients.

  • Booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements using the company's booking systems.

  • Building relationships with new customers and loyal returning clients.

  • Turning enquiries into bookings and making the most of every sales opportunity.

  • Keeping up to date with new destinations, hotels and travel trends.

  • Providing brilliant customer service from the first conversation onwards.

  • A genuine passion for travel and great geographical knowledge.

  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.

  • A natural sales instinct and the motivation to earn commission.

  • Confidence, enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude.
