Why Urbanberry Exists
“Our goal was simple: to create a travel recruitment agency that puts people first - not processes, not targets and definitely not just CV numbers”
After working together in business travel recruitment since 2011, we knew we wanted to build something of our own - something that reflected how we believe recruitment should be done.
When the time came to start our families, we took the leap into business ownership.
And in 2017, Urbanberry was born.

Travel lover. Accidental Baker. Proud Northerner.
Born and bred in Stockport, I’m now settled in Hertfordshire but can often be found heading back up the A1 to make sure my 3 kids know their roots!
I’m absolutely passionate about the world and all that it has to offer. I love visiting and learning about new places, both near home and further afield.. my bucket list is never ending.
Whilst I’m not a contender for the Great British Bake Off (yet…), I do make a pretty good millionaires shortbread…

Meet Caroline
Originally from Surrey & now living in Essex, travelling the world has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.
Exploring, enjoying new experiences, cultures and food is so important to my husband and I – now we’re fortunate enough to bring our kids along with us!
As a family we love a good road trip and two of our favourite holidays were spending a month in California touring around as well as 3 adventure filled weeks in Costa Rica (ziplining across the rainforest is a memory I’ll never forget!)
