The Opportunity
We’re working with a uniquely placed Travel Management Company offering the global reach of a large travel business with the dedicated, personal service of a smaller one.
This is very much a white-glove approach to business travel. There isn’t a call centre in sight. Instead, you’ll be working closely with long-standing corporate clients, getting to know them properly and providing a truly bespoke, technology-backed travel service.
You’ll be part of a small team, working three days a week from the London office and two from home, with plenty of opportunity to use your experience, solve problems and build brilliant client relationships.

What you’ll be doing
Providing a high level of personal service to corporate clients
Building strong relationships with long-standing clients
Finding solutions and helping clients with their business travel requirements
Working closely as part of a small team
Using your GDS knowledge and business travel experience to provide a seamless service
What we’re looking for
Demonstrable experience as a Business Travel Consultant
Full working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
A solutions-focused approach and a real knack for problem solving
Someone who can build rapport with clients quickly and easily
Comfortable working as part of a small team
Able to work hybrid, with three days a week in the London office and two from home
Someone who genuinely cares about providing brilliant, personal service
Not your typical TMC
