  • I understand and give my agreement that Urbanberry Recruitment Ltd will store my personal details on their computers and will process data as required in order to apply for job roles on my behalf.

  • I understand that I am solely responsible for ensuring I have the correct Rights to Work documentation in order to secure employment in the UK. If I am on a Visa I will ensure that I highlight this to Urbanberry Recruitment Ltd at the time of registration in writing stating full details including length remaining.

  • I agree not to publish, disclose or utilise any confidential information concerning Urbanberry Recruitment Ltd or their clients.

  • I understand that the company's receipt of my application does not imply not guarantee that I will be offered employment, places for employment or employed for any period of time.

  • I acknowledge that Urbanberry Recruitment Ltd will presume that all candidates do not have any police convictions other than those which may have already been "spent". Furthermore I understand that should I have a "current" police conviction its it my duty to advise Urbanberry Recruitment Ltd as soon as possible.

  • My use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

  • I give permission for my personal data to be collected and stored by for the sole purpose of assisting me in my job search. This data will be retained for future job searching I may do, to hold a record of interaction between me and Urbanberry Recruitment Ltd and to enable them to contact me for legitimate purposes only.
