Sales and Account Co-ordinator

We’re recruiting for a Sales and Account Co-ordinator to work within an outstanding Travel Company who specialise in booking the travel for corporate clients.

The purpose of the role is to qualify a portfolio of businesses who currently use the company to book their travel but perhaps are only scratching the surface of the potential volume of custom.sales jobs

Your job will be to get to know these clients again on a deeper level and to really understand their needs for business travel. With clever questioning you’ll make sure no stone is left unturned when it comes to extracting information about revenue maximising opportunities.

From this, you’ll be putting together your very own client base to continually manage, giving you an excellent step into the world of Account Management.

Who will the position of Sales and Account Co-ordinator suit?

  • Well, firstly you’ll need to be an amazing communicator. Comfortable on the phone, via email, video calls.. We’ll need to you be able to engage people quickly and naturally.
  • Secondly, you’ll have an inquisitive personality, a strength in effective questioning and love to really get to know people and businesses.
  • You’ll also need a good head for business, tenacity, drive and ambition-  this is a role you can really make your own as there’s no one currently doing it!

 

The “need to know” stuff:

  • The role is hybrid, 3 days in the London office, 2 from home. Initially you may need to spend a bit more time in the office depending on your experience.
  • There is a good basic salary alongside commission opportunities (please note this isn’t a senior role). There’s also a whole host of benefits that come from working for a global company.
  • You’ll be working within a team of supportive, like-minded people with a great dynamic.
  • You don’t need to have experience within corporate travel but it would be great if you did! What you do need is the right mindset for a B2B sales based role ( and want to move in to something less targeted and more strategic)
