We’re looking for an Events Co-ordinator for one of our travel company clients who specialise in arranging corporate events for prestigious companies.
If you’re in the early stages of your Events career and are looking for an amazing company in which to climb the ladder.. this is it!
The role of Events Co-ordinator will see you handling small scale events such as dinners and meetings for up to 20 people. You’ll work on taking the brief from the client and find suitable venues, accommodation, organise catering and other special requests. Handling the intricacies of getting small groups together is no mean feat – you’ll need to be organised, focused and make sure that all aspects of the event run to the clients specification.
The role is hybrid, 3 days in the London office, 2 from home.
We’re looking for the Events Co-ordinator to have a genuine passion for delivering excellence- just because the event is small doesn’t mean it’s not important! And our client prides themselves on their reputation for service, no matter what.
And the good news?!
You don’t need to have years of experience for this one! It is suitable for a creative person who has *some* experience of organising corporate events, has done venue sourcing inside the UK and Europe and is now looking to progress their career within an award winning team! (so please bear in mind this is NOT a senior role).
