We’re recruiting for an Online Implementation Specialist to be based in Manchester city centre working for a highly regarded Travel Management Company.

The position of Online Implementation Specialist will require you to be responsible for delivering implementation of the online solutions, including Concur and other online booking tools.   Joining a Technology team who are passionate about delivering extremely high service levels to their clients, you will enjoy troubleshooting, assisting with both 1st and 2nd level support and most of all, be happy to be in a role where every day brings different challenges.

Online Implementation Specialist responsibilities include:

  • To implement and maintain client online sites
  • Be a key contact point for online solutions
  • Assist the sales team with product developments and insights to support prospective clients
  • Provide online support to both agents in the company and clients
