Business Development Manager – London - City Location
£££Excellent + Commission
Our client is currently recruiting for an outstanding sales consultant who is motivated, driven and sales hungry!
Previous sales experience for a TMC would be an advantage but for the right attitude and drive they will consider other sectors/industries.
They are looking for someone who is self motivated, can generate their own leads and actively go out there and win new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build new business
- Responsible for own lead generation
- Attend meetings/presentations
- Prepare and present information including RFI’s and Tender Proposals
- Representing company at events and tradeshows
Skills required for the role:
- ·A demonstrable ability to present, negotiate and close sales at the highest level A
- proven and successful business travel sales background
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
- Know how many calls you need to make in order to get a meeting to then convert into a sale
- Great industry knowledge & networking skills
- Strong IT skills - word, excel, PowerPoint
- Confident, self motivated and driven
