Operations Team Leader

A fantastic opportunity has come available for a dynamic company in Central London.
They are looking for someone to work in collaboration with the Operation Manager to make sure the organisation is running in a smooth efficient service.
You will be responsible for day to day contact with all corporate reservations agents, secondary person for procedures and training, monitor all queues to ensure they are worked properly and in a timely manner.
Addresses customer service issues that may arise
Manage the day to day operation of the department, upholding all our policies/procedures
Maintain a consistent high-quality level of customer service delivery.
Ensure all customer SLAs and KPIs are understood and met.
Successfully manage the implementation of any new process and procedure.
Effective Team Management.
Training and development of new and existing staff

- Mon-Fri working hours, 37.5 hrs a week
