Business Travel Consultant – details of the role

It’s an office based position, Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm. Here you’ll be well placed to learn directly from experienced team members and grow your knowledge bank!

• You’ll be using Galileo to book flights, hotels and much more! The world of business travel is a complex and fast paced one, hence we need your expertise on the system.
• You’ll be paid a generous basic salary with no need to worry about commission! Instead you’ll know exactly what you’re earning and enjoy bonuses twice a year too.
• You’ll build great relationships with your repeat clients and suppliers to enable you to give the best possible service at all times. 

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Your Galileo experience is imperative for this role, you’ll need to be comfortable searching for flights, making bookings and fare quoting as a minimum.
• Attention to detail is critical so you’ll have a sharp eye for errors and double checking your work will be second nature.
• We do need you to have experience in building itineraries from a tailor made background. Although the job isn’t the same, the transferable skills are important.
